When you log into CWBDirect Online Baning, you are prompted to select a number of pre-determined questions to which you must provide answers. You will then be asked to register your computer as a "trusted" computer - our system will remember this computer. When you log in from a computer that is not designated as "trusted", you will be asked to provide the answers to your security questions.
