Meet Sandra, a linguist and educator-turned-recruiter with a passion for people. After 20 years of shaping young minds as an English teacher, Sandra shifted to the HR field and hasn't looked back! Hailing from Brazil, Sandra ventured to Canada, earning a diploma in HR Management and a certificate in Management from the University of Winnipeg.

In November 2022, Sandra joined CWB, where she currently thrives as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Sandra's strength? Her dedication to recruiting diverse talent, rooted in her extensive experience communicating with neuro-diverse individuals and her passion for accessibility. She advocates for inclusion and diversity in the workplace, striving to connect top talent with their dream jobs while helping CWB find top performers.

When she's not championing diversity in the workplace, Sandra finds joy in family moments and a creatively vibrant home. Balancing a career with personal enrichment, Sandra enjoys dancing, French studies, meditation, and immersive cultural exploration. With a songstress daughter, cartoonist son, musician husband and a lively ensemble of two cats and a Labrador, Sandra's life is a beautiful tapestry of professional and personal fulfilment.
